If by some chance they're on your computer, they can simply record their worked hours on your computer, without interfering with yours. The occasion probably won't occur often, but with that thought in mind, I've decided to add it, no harm done. As for production increased, I feel it does this because you can see how much you've actually been working. Before Klok, I would sit down and say, "time to work", however, I would fool around a lot. When I fool around now, I turn Klok off. This allows me to see exactly how many hours I actually worked (not counting fooling around), which then makes me realize I'm still short of my hourly goal, which then makes me work more. I don't see how it can increase your productivity. It's only a program to keep track of how much time you spend. Also, just my opinion on your specific way of organizing, all a matter of taste so not blaming, but why would you create one main project, with everything inside it? It has no function.
